You will first need to enter site visitor information before purchasing admission to the symposium. Site visitor information must be completed for all external visitors as well as GE Vernova employees that are not site residents of the 1 Research Circle Campus, Frontier Campus, and Malta Campus. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: All Foreign Nationals must email their Foreign National forms along with a copy of their passport starting September 1, 2026 and must be submiited no later than September 15, 2026. Email your completed forms with your written signature (electronic will not be accepted) to ARC.Visitors@gevernova.com.

Failure to comply with this security requirement will result in denial of entry to the event.
